Oxford Harvest cheese and Sweet Red Onion Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
- Butter
- Rye bread
- Gunn's Hill's Oxford Harvest Cheese
- Sweet Red Onion
Directions:
- In a small frying pan, place sliced sweet red onions, with a dab of butter or spray of oil, (with a splash of balsamic vinegar optional). Cook until onions are soft or semi-transparent (takes about 5 min or less). Set aside.
- Butter one side of each slice of rye bread
- Place one slice, butter side down on the frying pan
- Cover the bread with several slices of Gunn's Hill Oxford Harvest cheese
- Take sweet red onions that were cooked previously and place on top of the cheese
- Place the other slice of bread, butter side up on top of the onions
- Grill/fry until golden brown and cheese is melted.
