Ingredients:
- Butter
- 1 - 2 oz Mountainoak Wild Nettle Gouda sliced
- Fresh Fig Slices
- Honey to drizzle
- 2 slices French Bread
Directions:
- Take 2 slices of French bread and butter one side of each
- Place one slice, butter face down in the frying pan
- Take enough slices of Mountainoak Wild Nettle Gouda to cover the bread
- Layer the sliced fresh figs on top of the cheese
- Drizzle with honey
- Place the remaining slice of French bread, butter side up on the sandwich
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted.
