Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ½ cup Jakeman’s Maple Syrup
- ⅔ cup chopped walnuts/raisins
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Vinegar
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
- Beat eggs, only until yolks and whites are well blended.
- Add sugar, salt, vinegar and maple syrup, mixing well.
- Add melted butter and walnuts/raisins.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 min. or more.
- Fills 2 dozen large tarts
