Maple Syrup Butter Tarts

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ½ cup Jakeman’s Maple Syrup
  • ⅔ cup chopped walnuts/raisins
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vinegar
  • 6 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, only until yolks and whites are well blended.
  2. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and maple syrup, mixing well.
  3. Add melted butter and walnuts/raisins.
  4. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 min. or more.
  5. Fills 2 dozen large tarts
