Maple Bacon Ribs

Ingredients

  • Rack of Pork Ribs 
  • Maple Bacon BBQ Sauce
  • Smoking Grillin Spice
  • 13-14 slices (approx) pork bacon 

Instructions

  1.  Remove the membrane (layer or fatty tissue) from the back side of the ribs by working it away from the bone with a spoon or butter knife. 
  2. Cut into single ribs.
  3. Once step 1 and 2 is completed, shake on seasoning. Place ribs in foil pan and place on grill at 275 degrees. Leave for 2 hours.
  4.  Remove ribs from grill, wrap each piece with 1-2 pieces of bacon.
  5. Place ribs back in foil plan for an additional 2 hours.
  6. Remove ribs from pan and place directly onto the grill for 10 minutes. 
  7. Baste with BBQ sauce and leave for 10 more minutes.
