Play at the cheese playground, climbing over slices of cheese and hopping across cheese wheels.

Plan ahead and bring a picnic. Stick around at the Cheese Museum and find a spot under the pavilion to enjoy your picnic lunch. Shop for some local cheese at the museum to add to your spread.

Look out for the PB's airstream serving up a kid-approved favourite, French Fries. Visit the location at 92Thames Street North and share family-size fries for $14 or a family-size poutine for $15.25.

Stop 3: Rose & Daffodil Bakeryrose and daffodil circle

Stroll over to this adorable bakery known for their 'from scratch' treats, fresh breads, plus heat and eat meals.

Choose from a rotating selections of cookies, donuts, squares and tarts in the case (ranging from $1.50-$4.50) to take on your journey or enjoy on the spot. These treats are so delicious you may not be able to wait!


Stop 4: Victoria Parksplash pad circle

Located around the corner from the Cheese Museum, stroll the trails in Victoria Park, climb around on another playground (with accessible features), or cool down at the splash pad.

The splash pad is open 11AM-7PM with three areas:

  • Discovery Bay | A friendly way for infants and toddlers to explore their first water play experience
  • Adventure Bay | A spot to run and explore with non-stop thrills and spills
  • Action Bay | A high-energy play area with water fights, heavy flows of water and a good soaking

Stop 5: Ingersoll Key Puttkey putt circle

Putt and play at this fun miniature golf course with fun obstacles and shaded spots to take a seat. Open daily throughout the Summer for $3/child and $4/adult. Pay $12 for a family round (2 children, 2 adults).

Stop 6: Louie's Pizza & Pastalouie's pizza circle

Loved by locals, this casual roadhouse restaurant is a great spot for the whole family. Once featured on the Food Network TV show, 'You've Gotta Eat Here!' you really do gotta try it.

Sit inside where it's cool or out on the patio to soak up more of Summer. Kids meal available ($13 for meal and drink) or share a pizza. Build your own pizza with 3 toppings for $29 (for a large).
