Ingersoll Creative Arts Centre

Explore, create, and be inspired by this community hub where artists have gathered for over 50 years. With over 250 artists and 6 groups of different artistic disciplines coming together to learn, share, and showcase their work, the Ingersoll Creative Arts Centre has a place for everyone!

Browse the gallery's rotating exhibitions, shop handmade creations in the Artisan Market, or try your hand at a new skill through classes in pottery, quilting, painting, mixed media, fibre arts, and more. Whether you're an experienced maker or a curious beginner, the Centre offers countless opportunities to connect with Oxford County's creative community.

Station Arts Centre

Stop by "The Station" as it’s affectionately referred to by locals, you’ll be in a cream-coloured brick building that was built by The Great Western Railway in 1879. In the 1980's this building became the home of the Tillsonburg District Craft Guild and was restored into a thriving arts centre. As the guild grew and needed more space, this town passionate about history naturally expanded by moving another train station to join this one one.

A variety of guilds meet here including Potters, Threads, Bridge Street Artists, Stationhouse Quilters and Fibre Artists. The Station truly is a community hub as it is also home to the Saturday Tillsonburg Farmers Market (June-September).  The centre also hosts numerous special events including the June Creative Imagination Festival (during Tillsonburg Turtlefest), the Oxford Studio Tour, and seasonal markets featuring member's work (spring and winter holidays).

Woodstock Art Gallery

Step into the Woodstock Art Gallery, Oxford County's only municipal art gallery. Home to more than 1,900 works of art, including the largest collection of pieces by renowned Canadian artist Florence Carlyle, the Gallery showcases rotating exhibitions featuring local, regional, and national artists. 

Beyond exhibitions, the Woodstock Art Gallery hosts artist talks, educational programs, community events, and creative workshops for all ages, making it a welcoming place to connect with the arts whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or simply looking for an inspiring afternoon.

The Kiln Room

Get your hands dirty and discover the joy of creating at The Kiln Room, Woodstock's community pottery and teaching studio in the heart of downtown. Offering beginner and intermediate wheel-throwing and hand-building courses, one-day workshops, and collaborative pottery experiences throughout Oxford County, The Kiln Room invites visitors of all skill levels to explore the art of ceramics.  Whether you're trying pottery for the first time or honing your craft, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for the skill and creativity behind handcrafted pieces.

If you are more of an appreciator than a maker - stop in and explore store shelves stocked with pottery and ceramicware made by owner HollyJo and other local artists.  Choose from  beautiful functional mugs, dishes and sculptural pieces. Being a creative space, the front windows are always enjoyable exhibiting local artist work.

Annandale National Historic Site

Discover Tillsonburg's early days with a visit to Annandale National Historic Site, the remarkable 1880s home of the town's first mayor, E.D. Tillson. Celebrated for its exceptionally preserved Aesthetics Arts Movement interior, the mansion showcases stunning decorative ceilings, intricate stained glass and finely crafted metalwork that highlight the beauty and artistry of Victorian design

Pottery enthusiasts will be especially intrigued by the site's rare "trick mug," one of the only two known examples in the world, with the other housed at the Royal Ontario Museum. Richcraft Ironworks

Discover the art of metal sculpture at Richcraft Ironworks, the countryside studio of acclaimed wildlife artist Rich Baker. With more than 15 years of experience transforming steel into striking works inspired by nature, Rich invites visitors to pre-book a hands-on welding and sculpting workshop and explore the creative possibilities of metal for themselves.

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced maker, you'll leave with new skills, a deeper appreciation for this unique art form, and a handcrafted piece that's uniquely your own.

Sue Goossens Original Art at Pedlar's Quay

Discover the work of celebrated Oxford County watercolour artist Sue Goossens at Pedlar's Quay, a long-standing boutique housed in a charming 1872 heritage home in downtown Tillsonburg. 

Inspired by local landscapes, Canadian scenes, and architectural subjects, Sue's expressive watercolours beautifully capture the interplay of light and shadow. Browse her original artwork while exploring one of Tillsonburg's most beloved shops, where creativity, craftsmanship, and heritage come together!

Nine Light Ink & Press

Step into the creative world of Nine Light Ink & Press, a female-owned printmaking and tattoo studio where artistry and storytelling come together. Browse a collection of hand-carved prints, patches, apparel, greeting cards, and other unique goods created by artist Trish, then explore the studio's micro gallery featuring rotating works by local artists and makers. 

Home to Fresh Pull, an artist run printmaking studio dedicated to the craft of traditional screen printing, this creative space celebrate limited editions, artist proofs, and independent artists. Visitors can also roll up their sleeves and get inky through hands-on screen-printing workshops, making Nine Light Ink & Press a must-visit destination for makers, collectors, and anyone inspired by handcrafted art.
