Spring

Spring is such a beautiful time of year in Oxford County! As the snow begins to melt and days become warmer, fresh crops of the season's earliest food (hello asparagus and rhubarb) begin to pop up at local markets. Farm gate stands dot the landscape, baby cows and sheep can be found in the farm field and its a reminder that everything can start fresh and new again. We love it and we think you will too.
