New Year's Eve Tasting Experience 2023

This year we are offering a first come, first served, pre-fix dining experience for one seating only!

We endeavour guests to spend as much time enjoying this event with us as they would like. No time constraints. We regret there will be no substitutions.

NYE 2023

• Oyster on the half shell: Champagne pearls, apple mignonette
• Truffled Custard: winter truffle, chives, crème fraiche, caviar, toasted brioche
• Line Caught Yellowfin Tuna: Jalapeno, radish, trout caviar, cilantro
• Spiced Berkshire pork belly: pickled pearl onion, hibiscus mole sauce
• Lobster ricotta tortellini: butter poached lobster, chervil, lobster butter sauce
• Apple cider spiced rum sorbet
• Seared Venison loin: smoked pomme puree, beets, charred pearl onion, juniper honey jus
• Almond Croissant: Almond butter, brown butter ice cream
• Petit Fours:  A variety of small sweets
