Lunch and Learn with Dr. Stefan Weber

Stefan Weber is a seed biologist who specializes in the restoration of rare and endangered plants in Ontario. He has worked for Canadas largest native plant producer as well as the Biodiversity Institute of Ontario, and the Canadian Wildlife Federation. Stefan now coordinates the Seed and Climate program with the Forest Gene Conservation Association. He earned a Master of Science degree in Evolutionary Biology from the University of Guelph, and a PhD in Restoration Ecology from McMaster University. Stefan is originally from Norfolk County, and presently gardens in the Niagara region.

This event will be followed by a free soup and sandwich lunch. Attendance is free, but donations to help cover our costs are encouraged (recommended donation: $10). Please register in advance by telling us you're 'Going' on this event page or contacting the Museum by email or phone. Reservations help us to know how much food we need and how many seats to put out, so please make sure that you are able to come and let us know!
