Building the Fire

Join ISAN for 'Building the Fire' on August 28th, an 8th Fire Inspired Cross-Cultural Youth Conference at Woodstock Unifor Hall - 126 Beale St. The first of its kind for Oxford County! We believe that youth are our future, and creating opportunities is our responsibility!

The day will include guest speakers like Steve Tooshkenig and Trissa Marshal, artisan workshops, games, and team building. Followed by a community feast with delicious treats like Strawberry drink, pizza, frybread, and more tasty faves!

In the afternoon, we'll LIGHT THE FIRE with a community art piece and an amazing lineup of artists like Mr. Sauga, Jay FastCloud, Bigg Zee, Karim, Immortal K, Jet Blck Renji, Koto, Soft Eyez, Kyro, Donat Jackson, and Ethan Maac. Plus, enjoy an equitable market with local artisans, info booths, swag bag station, food vendors, and more!

Open to all youth ages 14+, this event promotes inter-community collaboration and youth empowerment. Bussing available for CMO residents.
