Chef Eric Boyar knows that dining should always be an experience, beginning with the food at centre stage and including the decor, music, and local art featured on a rotating basis. Exquisite seasonal cuisine is based on classical cooking. Beautifully plated starters, mains and sweets, featuring local produce, are one of life's simple pleasures. As part of the Oxford County Cheese Trail, Six Thirty Nine offers a cheese, bread a preserves board, featuring cheeses from the trail. This cheese board will allow you to experience the nuances of the cheeses and pairings. Starters and mains, featuring local cheese are also available on their seasonally inspired menus.
