Otterville's historic buildings and parkland are postcard perfect. A visit to the community would not be complete without a visit to the many historic sites including the African Methodist Episcopal Cemetery, 1845 grist mill, GTR Station Museum, and 1861 Octagonal Cottage.  Pack a picnic and visit Otterville Park. The historic parks access is through stone gates and by foot bridge.  The park has 10 acres with sports fields, playground, outdoor pool and beautiful tall pines. The community and surrounding area are home to a destination golf course, bed & breakfasts, diners and farm gate markets. Travel the back roads and make a weekend of it.

If you love the arts be sure to come back for studio tours featuring artists from the community (spring & fall).  A trip to Otterville wouldn't be complete without seeing the iconic Otterville Dam.  Stop to admire the view and take a picture to share with your friends.
